First-Purchase Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the first purchase of each product and is limited to one unit per product type per customer.

If multiple units of the same product are purchased in a single order, the guarantee applies only to one unit of that product.

For example:

If you purchase multiple bottles of CBD Gummies and request a refund, the refund will apply to one bottle only. Additional bottles of the same product are not eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds are limited to one refund per product per customer.

Opened Products

Opened products do not need to be returned to receive a refund.

Because supplements cannot be safely resold once opened, we may ask that you safely dispose of the product instead of returning it.

Unopened Product Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
