First-Time Military Customers

  1. Shop as usual.
  2. At checkout, use coupon code: "Military10" (this is a one-time coupon code)
  3. Complete your purchase (an account will be created automatically during checkout).

After your first order, submit verification (instructions below) to receive permanent 10% savings on future orders — no coupon needed again.

Returning Customers

If you have not yet submitted verification:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Visit the verification page (link provided below once logged in).
  3. Submit your documentation.

Once approved, your account will automatically receive 10% off every future order — no coupon required.

 

Verification Process

To protect the integrity of this discount, we require a one-time verification of military service.

You may submit documentation showing current or prior U.S. military affiliation.

Examples of acceptable documents include:

  • DD-214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
  • DD-256 (Honorable Discharge Certificate)
  • NGB-22 (National Guard Report of Separation)
  • Retirement or separation orders
  • Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
  • VA or Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC)
  • Military ID (you may cover sensitive numbers)
  • Award citations or enlistment contracts
  • DFAS pay document (W-2, 1099-R, etc.)

If submitting ID, you may redact:

  • Social Security numbers
  • Service numbers
  • Financial account numbers

We only need enough information to verify service.

We review submissions quickly — most approvals are completed within 48 hours during normal business days.

Your Privacy Matters

Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared or stored longer than necessary.
If you prefer, you may watermark your document with “For Wilson Botanics Verification Only.”

After Approval

Once verified:

  • No need to resubmit documentation
